1. Overview

NO MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE ON CLOUD CREDITS

Please read carefully before purchasing. Because cloud credits are digital, irrevocable assets mapped directly to your provider account, all cloud credit sales are final once delivered. There is no money-back guarantee.

At Exit-Founders, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality digital services, including cloud credits provisioning and company formation consulting. Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of our core products, our refund policy reflects the specific operational costs involved in delivering these services.

This policy outlines the exact circumstances under which refunds can be requested, approved, and processed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following strict conditions:

  • Pre-Delivery Cancellations: If you purchase cloud credits but request a cancellation *before* we have initiated the transfer to your cloud provider account, you are entitled to a full refund (minus any non-refundable payment gateway processing fees).
  • Failure to Deliver: If we are completely unable to deliver the purchased cloud credits within the stated processing time (typically 24-72 hours) and the delay is entirely our fault, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Accidental Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally place and pay for the exact same order twice, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

By purchasing from Exit-Founders, you acknowledge that the following scenarios are strictly non-refundable:

  • Delivered Cloud Credits: Once credits have been successfully assigned and activated in your designated AWS, GCP, Azure, or OVH account, the order is fulfilled and irreversible. No refunds can be issued after this point.
  • Account Suspensions: If your cloud provider suspends or bans your account *after* credits have been delivered due to your violation of their Acceptable Use Policies (e.g., crypto mining, spam, illegal hosting), we are not responsible and will not issue a refund.
  • Incorrect Account IDs: If you provide us with the wrong Account ID and credits are delivered to that incorrect account, we cannot reverse the transaction. It is your strict responsibility to verify your Account IDs prior to submission.
  • Cryptocurrency Payment Slippage: We price our services in USD. If you pay via cryptocurrency and experience a refund event, the refund will be issued based on the exact USD value at the time of purchase, minus networking/gas fees. We are not responsible for crypto market volatility.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request for an eligible situation as described above, please follow these steps:

  • Email our support team at support@Exit-Founders.com immediately.
  • Include your Order Number, the email address used for the purchase, and the exact reason for your refund request.
  • If your reason involves a failure of credit delivery, please attach screenshots of your cloud provider dashboard's billing/credits section.

5. Processing Time

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Credit card refunds typically take between 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies. Cryptocurrency refunds are subject to network congestion and will be sent manually.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute via your credit card issuer or PayPal instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to immediately suspend all services and actively dispute the chargeback using your order data, communication records, and proof of digital delivery.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the appropriate cloud provider, which may result in the suspension of your associated cloud infrastructure.

7. Policy Changes

Exit-Founders reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
